Review
We stayed at kiln park for a three night break. It was our first family holiday in many years and we enjoyed every minute! We booked “haven hideaway” and a “saver” caravan as we were just planning to stay on site for food and sleep and wanted to save a little bit of money. However we ended up with a beautiful caravan with more space and features than expected. There were three bedrooms, a shower room with sink and toilet and another separate toilet and sink. There was a wrap around decking with furniture, double glazing and a 32” free view tv. We stayed in Goscar 39 and were a stones throw away from the mini market and beach access. In short we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and are now in the process of shopping for our next haven holiday!
Check in was quick & all pre information was great via the app & text messages. Our van was bigger than we expected & was cleaned to a good standard. Everything was great although we had some minor issues with the oven. Didn’t use facilities as were there to race. Easy walk into town Parking was convenient We were in a silver level van.
Stayed a few days with my family in a caravan.
Food and service in Harbwr (?) Lights restaurant was lovely. Shout out to Brandon, Jamie and Megan who were patient, polite and so welcoming. Also to the chef's for the wonderful food. Papa John's was understaffed and was still in the queue an hour and a half after ordering, the staff there were polite under pressure though.
I've autistic children and worry about how we're accepted as have had problems in the past elsewhere so a big thank you to Dylan from your entertainment team who made the children (including ours!) and adults laugh, dance and sing but was also professional when advising youngsters to only be on the stage when invited. As for the outfits, that's entertainer material that is!
The dancers were on point and looked georgous, the singers sounded great and also looked lovely.
It's pricey don't get me wrong but it's probably the last holiday we'll have for a while so making memories whilst we can and had a lovely time.

It's a decent place to go, although it is expensive, for the same sort of money you could get a holiday abroad, the entertainment place is also very expensive, food there is decent. Caravan was very good though, spacious and clean.
